Standard Shipping
Our cost-effective shipping option that still maintains excellent freshness standards. Perfect for regular orders and bulk purchases.

All fresh peppers are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain optimal freshness.
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same business day, ensuring minimal time between harvest and delivery.
Specialized Packaging: Every order is carefully packaged with ice packs and insulated materials to maintain the perfect temperature during transit.
Quality Control: All packages are inspected before shipping to ensure your peppers arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Restrictions & Coverage
We currently ship to all US states except Alaska and Hawaii, with no international shipping at this time. PO Boxes require special arrangements, and rural delivery may take additional time.

Delivery Schedule
When Your Order Ships
Our shipping schedule is designed to get your fresh peppers to you as quickly as possible:
Monday - Friday
Orders ship within 1 business day. All processing and quality checks are completed during regular business hours to ensure your peppers are packed and shipped promptly.
Saturday
Orders placed before 12 PM ship same day. Weekend processing is available for express shipping orders to maintain delivery speed.
Sunday
Orders ship next business day. While we don't process shipments on Sunday, all orders received are prioritized for Monday's processing.
Holiday Schedule
During holidays, shipping schedules may vary. We will notify customers of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates.
